Welcome to Normandy Early Learning Center!
Introduction
The Normandy Early Learning Center is the newest school in the Normandy family and home to the district's youngest learners in preschool, prekindergarten and kindergarten. The facility opened in the fall of 2018 and serves approximately 450 students.
The Normandy Early Learning Center is committed to be a collaborative environment filled with exploration, excitement, and engaging hands on learning with real world connections for all students.
Our vision is to create a supportive academic and social-emotional environment where children can develop into lifelong learners.

Online Registration Process: All families who register online are automatically placed on a waiting list. If you did not receive an invitation from the school, please call the main office at (314) 493-0880 for more information.

Enrollment and Registration begins Wednesday, July 10.
Normandy Early Learning Center preschool online registration and enrollment are now open. Please see below for important information.
Online Registration Process:
- All families that register online are automatically placed on a waiting list.
- We are working off this waitlist for the upcoming school year.
Enrollment Packets:
- Enrollment Packets were mailed to families with students who were accepted for the upcoming school year, with a July 15 deadline.
- We will continue to enroll students from our waiting list for families that missed the deadline.
