About Our School

The Normandy Early Learning Center is the newest school in the Normandy family and home to the district's youngest learners in preschool, prekindergarten and kindergarten. The facility opened in the fall of 2018 and serves approximately 450 students. 

The NELC facility was made possible due to the voters approval of Proposition N in 2017. The no-tax-rate increase bond issue provided $23 million for the construction of this facility, and improvements at other buildings in the district.
